A woman was arrested after the police seized suspected shabu worth P102,000 from her in Sitio Ambacan, Brgy. Poblacion, San Enrique, Negros Occidental, 12:12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25.
Alias “Snooky Plana”, tagged as street-level drug personality, was arrested by virtue of a search warrant, the police said.
The warrant was signed by the executive judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 745 in Bago City on Jan. 24 for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Recovered from the suspect were 19 sachets of suspected shabu weighing 15 grams with an estimated street drug price of P102,000.
The recovered items will be brought to the Negros Occidental Provincial Forensic Unit in Bacolod City for laboratory examination, while the suspect is now under police custody.*
