Communal water service launched in Silay barangay

The Level 2 Water System in Barangay Kapitan Ramon, Silay City in Negros OccidentaL was recently inaugurated with Rep. Francisco “Kiko” Benitez (Neg, Occ., 3rd District) and Silay Mayor Mark Golez.

The P 5 million Level 2 Water Supply System or facility is composed of a source, a reservoir, a piped distribution network with adequate treatment facility and communal faucets. It has a capacity of 4,000 liters and serves 300 households in Barangay Kapitan Ramon.

Also present at the inaugural rites were former senator JV Ejercito, Department of Public Works and Highways District Engineer Abraham Villareal, Silay City Councilors Edwin John Dennis Velez, Andrew John Penuela, Lyndon Bernardo, Ramon Celebre, Henry Belleza, and Punong Barangay Ronnie Aguirre.*
