The Central Negros Electric Cooperative began meter mapping to update its records and ensure accurate billing starting Tuesday, Dec. 5.
This is part of the cooperative’s commitment to provide efficient and reliable electrical services through a third-party service provider, CENECO said in a statement.
This comprehensive mapping is aimed to update the records through geotagging and to ensure accurate billing and efficient meter readings for consumer members, it said.
During the meter mapping, technicians visit consumers’ premises to verify the meter identification details.
Consumers are advised to let the technicians access the premises, clear pathways leading to the meter, and secure the pets during the mapping.*
