Three suspected drug personalities were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Sitio Bat-us, Brgy. 6, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, on Wednesday night, Jan. 21.
Police identified the suspects as alias “Rodell,” 36, a laborer and resident of Sitio Bat-us, Brgy. 6, alias “Makoy,” 29, single and jobless of Brgy. 3, and alias “Rady,” 38, a businessman from Sitio Pasil, Brgy. 6-A, all in Victorias City.
The Victorias City Police Station reported that the suspects were arrested at around 9:15 p.m. after allegedly selling suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer in exchange for marked money.
The police recovered about 25 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated price of P170,000.
The arrested suspects were brought to the Victorias City Health Clinic for medical examination before being turned over to the custodial facility of the Victorias City Police Station.
The seized drugs evidence were forwarded to the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office Forensic Unit in Bacolod City for laboratory examination.*
