Two Negrenses tagged among the most wanted persons in Western Visayas were arrested in Isabela, Negros Occidental, for alleged rape on Valentine’s Day, February 14.
A 19-year-old man, whose name was withheld by the police, was tagged as the fourth most wanted person in the region for alleged rape and was arrested by the police in Brgy. 4, Isabela.
His warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Cyclamen Jison Fernandez of the Municipal Trial Court in La Carlota City on January 23 with no bail recommended.
Alias “Roland”, 50, tagged as the sixth most wanted person in the region for alleged qualified statutory rape was arrested in Brgy. Cabcab, Isabela, the police also reported.
His warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Fernandez on February 6 with no bail recommended.
Both suspects are now detained at the Isabela Police Station.*
