Vallacar Transit Inc. (VTI) will no longer be requiring passengers riding its Ceres buses within Negros Occidental to present COVID-19 vaccination cards.
They will only be requiring passengers entering Negros Occidental from other provinces to present the vaccination cards and negative RT-PCR test results, VTI Media Relations Officer Jade Seballos said Tuesday, January 18.
Passengers on buses travelling from Negros Occidental to other provinces will also be required to present vaccination cards and negative RT-PCR test results, she added.*
