A truck driver died when his truck fell on its side at Araneta Street in Purok Progreso, Barangay Sum-ag, Bacolod City, past 3 a.m. Sunday.
The truck driver was Alejandro Cartagena, 52, of Brgy 2 Poblacion, Isabela, the police said.
His helper Rolet Carampatana of Brgy Tinongan, Isabela, sustained minor injuries.
The truck that had travelled from Murcia was going back to Isabela when it overtook a motorcycle and a tricycle and fell on its side, the police said.*
