San Carlos mall ransacked, P450K in cash, goods stolen 

A mall was ransacked by an unidentified suspect who stole P450,600 worth of cash and goods in Brgy. Palampas, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, on Black Saturday, March 30. 

The general manager of Gaisano Capital reported to the police that he discovered that the mall had been entered by an unidentified suspect. 

Among the items reported missing were P33,000 cash and assorted piayas worth P2,000 at the BongBong’s Pasalubong store, nine cellphones worth P82,000 from the Real Me store, eight cellphones worth P96,000 from Galleon Trade;

Two phones worth P23,000 from Tecno Store, P10,000 cash from Snowplus, eight perfumes worth P3,600 at Aficionado, a P500 backpack from Jamesnor, a P500 backpack from Norkisar, and four laptops worth P200,000 from Rosejing store.

The police also said that the suspect gained entry through the aircon ducting of the mall.*
