There will be a temporary closure of roads for the Iglesia ni Cristo national rally for peace at the Provincial Capitol Park and Lagoon in Bacolod City from 6 a.m. to midnight of Monday, January 13.
To be closed are the North and South Capitol roads, Lacson Street from Cottage Road to 15th street, and a portion of 6th Street, the city government announced on Wednesday. Jan. 8.
The temporary closure of roads is contained in a resolution approved by the Bacolod Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
More than 20,000 are expected to join the rally.
The one-way scheme will be implemented on Gatuslao and Aguinaldo roads as part of the re-routing plan.*
