The police seized P10.2 million worth of illegal drugs and arrested 29 suspects during a week-long campaign from Dec. 8 to 14, the Police Regional Office–NIR reported on Tuesday.
PRO NIR recorded 25 anti-illegal drug operations during the period, leading to the arrest of 29 individuals and the confiscation of 1,514.42 grams of suspected shabu with a total standard drug price of P10,299,256.
Police also intensified efforts against loose firearms, conducting 13 operations that accounted for 13 firearms, including three confiscated, 10 surrendered, and two abandoned weapons.
Authorities arrested 38 wanted persons, consisting of four most wanted persons and 33 other wanted individuals.*
