The police arrested four suspects in a series of buy-bust operations in three cities of Negros Occidental and seized about P97,000 worth of suspected shabu on Tuesday, June 6.
In Bacolod, two suspects were arrested in separate buy-bust operations in barangays Cabug and 26, the Bacolod City Police Office reported.
Arrested were Ricky Vargas and confiscated was P24,000 worth of suspected shabu weighing four grams in Brgy. Cabug, Tuesday evening.
Elizer Martinez was also arrested and about P34,000 worth of shabu weighing five grams was also seized in Brgy. 26, the police reported.
In Victorias City, Clyde Ignacio, 27, of Brgy. 19-A was arrested in a buy-bust operation after the police seized three grams of suspected shabu worth P20,4000.
In Sagay City, Jaypee Nicor, 33, of Brgy. 5, Murcia, was arrested and 2.8 grams of suspected shabu worth P19,040 was seized, the police reported.*
