The Police Regional Office Negros Island Region (PRO NIR) said it has ensured the successful and peaceful conclusion of the MassKara Festival 2025 in Bacolod City
“Throughout the festival’s duration, no major untoward incidents were reported”, the PRO NIR said in a statement Sunday evening, Oct. 19.
The strong police visibility, coupled with proactive law enforcement measures and the active cooperation of the public, contributed to the peaceful and secure conduct of all activities, it said.
PBGen. Arnold Thomas Ibay, PRO BIR director, commended PCol. Joeresty Coronica, the Bacolod City Police Office, and all the personnel deployed “for their dedication, professionalism, and tireless efforts in ensuring the safety and security of the public throughout the celebration”.*
