P2.8M worth of property damaged in Victorias fire

A fire damaged about P2.88 million worth of property, including a residential house in Brgy. 7, Victorias City, Negros Occidental late Saturday night, May 30.

The house owner was identified only a “Fercy,” 36, a City Environment and Natural Resources Office employee from Sipalay City.

The Victorias City Police Station said it received the fire report at around 10:50 p.m. and immediately proceeded to the area to verify the incident and assist the Bureau of Fire Protection.

Responding personnel arrived after the fire had already been extinguished.
