Outgoing Bacolod Fire Marshal, Chief Inspector Stephen Jardeleza, reported P11 million in programs and infrastructure projects during his one year and three months tenure at the Bacolod Fire Station (BFP).
Among these projects are the P5 million fire station building extension, which is scheduled for bidding on June 19, waterproofing of the fire station building, construction of a PPE rack, a public address system and improvement of the Central Fire Station grounds, a BFP report said.
His administration also facilitated the procurement of a P2.5 million BFP ambulance, a 2,000-liters fire truck and various vehicles, and communication devices .
Jardeleza was re-assigned as the Deputy Provincial Fire Marshal at the Iloilo Province Fire Station and was replaced by FSupt. Jenny Mae Masip who was formerly the Deputy Provincial Fire Marshal of Negros Occidental.*
