The One Home Solutions digital application that will serve as the first property concierge in Negros Occidental was launched at Park Inn by Radisson in Bacolod City, Thursday, Oct. 17.
One Home Solutions is an online one-stop-hub for property owners/subscribers seeking assistance for construction and home repair services that is reliable, safe and convenient.
Negrenses Errold Calvo and Miles Liza of Trident3chnology Corporation developed the One Home Solutions digital application.
The property concierge was founded by Kristel Curbilla, One Home Solution chief executive officer, a Bacolodnon whose family is also into the construction business.
Curbilla said One Home Solutions will serve as the bridge among the service providers, suppliers and clients to ensure safe, reliable and convenient service for all. It will be a one-stop hub for property needs.

We will connect property owners with a wide network of accredited service providers and suppliers.
