The Negros-based non-profit organization Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation was named among the 50 best employers for 2025.
NWTF’s ranking 32nd from last year’s 100th place is a testament of its legacy to help the poor achieve better tomorrows, a press release from the foundation said on Monday, Oct. 28.
The ranking for the Philippines’ Best Employers 2025 is based on an independent survey of employees conducted online as well as among Philippines Daily Inquirer readers, NWTF said.
More than 2,000 employers with 250 or more employees in the Philippines were identified for the survey.
NWTF or “Dungganon” has a workforce of about 5,000 individuals and serves more than 500,000 clients, their families, and communities across the country, particularly in the whole of Visayas and some parts of Luzon.*
