There will be a mixed movement for fuel prices on Tuesday, October 31.
Diesel prices should go down by P1.10 to P1.20 per liter, Unioil Petroleum Philippines said on Saturday, October 29.
Prices of gasoline, on the other hand, will increase by P0.40 to P0.60 per liter, it said.
The final price adjustments will be announced by oil companies on Monday, and will take effect Tuesday.
Oil companies implemented upward per liter adjustments of P0.95 for gasoline, P1.30 for diesel and P1.25 for kerosene on October 24.
On October 24 the year-to-date per liter net increase for gasoline was P13.75, diesel – P11.70 and kerosene -P6.24, the Department of Energy said.*
