Kanlaon Volcano again emitted ash on Thursday, Oct. 30.
The 20-minute ash emission occurred from 12:37 p.m. to 12:57 p.m., the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
The event generated grayish plumes that rose up to 300 meters above the crater before drifting to the general west, it said.*
