An elderly woman wanted for carnapping was arrested in Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City, on January 24.
Arrested was 65-year-old Mary Ann Ramos, who was said to be a member of Vista carnapping group. The suspect has a warrant of arrest for stealing a truck.
Ramos was considered as number two in the Regional Most Wanted Persons of Highway Patrol Unit 7 for violation of anti-carnapping.
She is now in the custody of the Dumaguete City police.*
