A 21-year-old man was arrested in a buy-bust operation where the police seized an estimated P272,000 worth of suspected shabu in Barangay 3, Bacolod City, on Saturday, Nov. 22.
The police identified the suspect only as “Jude” of Barangay 3.
The operation was carried out at around 5:53 p.m. by the Station 2 drug enforcement and intelligence team.
Authorities said they confiscated around 40 grams of suspected shabu during the operation.
The suspect is now detained at Police Station 2, and charges for violating the Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act are being prepared.*
