The police arrested two persons and seized suspected shabu worth P149,000 in a buy-bust operation in Purok 6, Brgy. 1, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Arrested were alias “Tuba”, 25, and alias “James”, 41, of Purok 6, the police said.
Recovered from them were 22 grams of suspected shabu, an improvised glass tooter and plastic straw scoops, paper bills, and other non-drug evidence, the police said.
They are now detained and will face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, the police added.*
