A farmer wanted for two counts of murder was arrested by the police in Purok Dalia, Brgy. Puey, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
Arrested was a 52-year-old farmer of Purok Mabinuligon, Sitio Aliwanay, Brgy. General Luna, whose name was withheld by the police.
Sagay City Police Station and the 1st Negros Occidental Mobile Force Company tracker team personnel served the warrant of arrest.
The warrant was issued by the presiding judge of Branch 73 of the Regional Trial Court in Sagay City on July 27, 2018 with no bail recommended.
The wanted person is now under the custody of the police.*
