Commissioner Rowena Guanzon said the Commission on Elections is setting up express lanes for medical and other COVID-19 frontliners during the conduct of the ongoing registration of voters.
Medical frontliners should present their Professional Regulation Commission card, or hospital or local government identification cards, she said.
The registration of voters is set until September 30, she said.
The Comelec expects 4 million new voter registrants for the May 2022 national and local elections, she said.
The new registrants expected for Region 6 are 314,320, Guanzon said.*
