Citadines, the newest and biggest hotel in Bacolod City, now offers a daily breakfast feast.
The hotel now has a breakfast buffet that offers a wide variety of food choices from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at its Namit Restaurant that is open to “walk-in” guests.
Peter John Luma-ad, Citadines Food and Beverage assistant manager, said the food at Namit is mostly locally sourced quality produce to ensure local farmers’ sustainability.
Namit aside from its breakfast buffet is also known as a Flipino/Asian Fusion restaurant.
Other restaurants at Citadines include Fuego – a fine dining restaurant with specialty wines and steak, Adlao – a pool side restaurant where cocktail fixes and a variety of food choices are served, Pureza – a lobby cafe that features specialty coffees, especially its Coffee Saba, and Tam-is – a bakery and pastry shop where one can taste specialty cakes 24/7.
Also soon to open is Citadines’ ballroom that has the capacity for 600 guests.
The hotel also has four meeting rooms named Pasalamat, Pintaflores, Bailes de Luces and Dinagsa, Jannele Eribal, Citadines sales manager, said.
The hotel has 200 bedrooms with some fitted with washing machines, microwaves and stoves in kitchenettes ideal for long stays.
Its rooms include 70 studio deluxe twin units, 70 studio premier units, 50 one-bedroom deluxe units and 10 two-bedroom deluxe units, Eribal said.*
