Capitol employees expected to receive P50K add’l bonus

Permanent and casual employees of the Negros Occidental provincial government are expected to receive an additional P50,000 bonus.

To be released is the Collective Negotiation Agreement incentive of P30,000, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson said on Tuesday, Dec. 9.

They are also waiting for the Department of Budget and Management guidelines for the release of the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) , he said.

Last year the employees each received a P20,000 SRI, Lacson said.

Also released in November were the 14th month pay and cash gift of P5,000. The release of the Performance Based Bonus equivalent to 50 percent of an employee’s salary is ongoing, he said.*
