The Guinness World Records has recognized the “Manok ni Cano Gwapo Tan” at Campuestohan Highland Resort in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, as the largest building in the shape of a chicken.
The Chicken (rooster) building towering over the resort in Sitio Campuestohan, Barangay Cabatangan, has 15 rooms inside and will be inaugurated on October 19, resort owner Ricardo “Cano” Tan said.
“The largest building in the shape of a chicken measures 34.931 m (114 feet 7 inches ) in height, 12.127 m (39 ft 9 in) in width and 28.172 m (92 ft 5 in) in length and was achieved by Ricardo Cano Gwapo Tan (Philippines) at Campuestohan Highland Resort in Negros Occidental, Philippines as verified on 8 September 2024”, the Guinness World Records said on its website.
