BCPO seizes P2.1M shabu, arrests 10 in week-long anti-drug operations

The Bacolod City Police Office reported the arrest of 10 individuals and the seizure of more than P2.1 million worth of suspected shabu in a week-long anti-illegal drug campaign.

In its weekly accomplishment report released Wednesday, April 22, the BCPO said eight anti-drug operations were conducted, resulting in the confiscation of 321.8 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of P2,118,240.

Under its campaign against wanted persons, the police also arrested three most wanted individuals and six other wanted persons.

Meanwhile, three operations against illegal gambling led to the arrest of 14 individuals and the confiscation of P1,477 in bet money.

BCPO also reported the recovery and surrender of four loose firearms during the same period.*
