BCPO reshuffles officials, names new station, unit commanders

Several key officials  within the Bacolod City Police Office have been reassigned as part of an organizational reshuffle, the BCPO announced Monday, June 22.

Lt. Benjo Ballo-Allo was designated officer-in-charge of Police Station 3 following the temporary relief of station commander Capt. Rosalino Pugoy Jr., who will undergo schooling.

Lt. Col. Edyliz Riche Crucero was also  moved from the Bacolod City Mobile Force Company (BCMFC) to the 2nd Negros Occidental Provincial Mobile Force Company based in Hinigaran.

Crucero will now serve as force commander of the provincial mobile force unit covering the fourth, fifth, and sixth districts of Negros Occidental.

Replacing her at BCMFC is Lt. Col. Joeffer Cabural, who previously headed the Mobile Patrol Unit (MPU).

Capt. Ramie Sayson was designated as officer-in-charge of the Mobile Patrol Unit.

At Police Station 8, Maj. Lyndon Manilla was reassigned to the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division of the Police Regional Office.

Taking over the station in an officer-in-charge capacity is Lt. Idelfonso Leonardo Jr.

Meanwhile, Police Station 10 will be temporarily headed by Lt. Rowena Jean Magan while station commander Capt. Genus David undergoes schooling.

Changes were likewise implemented in BCPO’s community relations and public information offices.

Capt. Dax Santillan, former chief of the City Community Affairs and Development Unit (CCADU), Public Information Officer, and Police Community Relations officer, was relieved from his post after being sent to schooling.

Capt. Ma. Liberty Indiape was designated to concurrently serve as BCPO Public Information Officer and chief of the Women and Children Protection Desk.

Maj. Kenneth Ray Militar was named the new chief of the City Community Affairs and Development Unit.*
