The Bacolod City Police Office conducted a feeding program for residents who were affected by the heavy rainfall and flooding brought on by Typhoon “Egay” in Bacolod on Wednesday, July 26.
The program called “B-Feed Program” of the BCPO aims to give hot meals to the residents using police mobile vehicles.
The program is being implemented in select evacuation centers in Bacolod, a BCPO press release said.
“B-FEED” is one of BCPO’s Best Practices to ensure police connection with the community, it said.
Team BCPO devised the program as a tool to reach the hungry and disadvantaged and foster meaningful interaction with Bacoleños, it added.*
