The most wanted man in Bacolod City was arrested in Barangay Bunga, Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental Wednesday, February 23.
Nabbed was 33-year-old Joenard Hemongala, who was wanted for murder.
Armed with an arrest warrant issued by Bacolod City Regional Trial Court Judge Fernando Elumba, policemen swooped down the suspect’s house to apprehend him.
The judge didn’t recommend bail for his release.
He is now in police custody.*
