The police arrested two individuals and seized suspected shabu worth P680,000 in a buy-bust operation in Purok Tahong, Brgy. 2, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, on Saturday, Dec. 21.
Arrested by the City Drug Enforcement Unit operatives were Swey Mark Jimena, 29, and Ezel Jimena, 48, of Purok Tahong, the police reported.
Recovered by the CDEU operatives were 100 grams of suspected shabu.
The suspects are now under the custody of the police and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.*
