All 31 towns and cities in Negros Occidental and Bacolod City, are joining the first ever MassKara sa Panaad that kicks off 4 p.m. Monday, October 10, and runs until October 16, Provincial Administrator Rayfrando Diaz said Friday.
The MassKara sa Panaad will kick off with a parade of festivals and a presentation of festival dances at the Panaad Park in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
Each congressional district will provide the entertainment for guests from October 11 to 16.
Free guided tours of the LGU pavilions and the Balay Kalamay Museum will also be held, Diaz said.
Buses will ferry those joining group tours from the Capitol and back twice a day from October 12 to 15, he said.
The tours will start at 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily, Diaz said. *
