Three individuals were arrested while one suspect remains at large following a buy-bust operation in Villa Victorias, Brgy. 13, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, on Thursday night, Jan. 8.
Arrested were alias “Mira,” 54, alias “Haide,” 33, and alias “Pat,” 22, while alias “Mitch” managed to escape, the police reported.
Authorities said the suspects conspired in selling a heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur-buyer in exchange for marked money.
The police recovered an estimated 20 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P136,000.
The seized drug evidence was forwarded to the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office Forensic Unit in Bacolod City for laboratory examination.
The arrested suspects are now in police custody.*
