The next day, a 26-year-old man also drowned when his bamboo raft capsized in a river in Sitio Atubon, Brgy. Tan-awan, Kabankalan City.
The victim was aboard a homemade bamboo raft but due to the strong current he lost control causing it to capsize, his mother told the police.
